The prompt for week 1 is a recognized psychology test
- Ask yourself 20 times “Who are you?”
Each time you should give yourself a different answer, and if you can easily go beyond 20 then that is fine too. The last time I did this (December 2012) I came up with 26. This is the sort of prompt that you can re do at various stages of your life, perhaps after some changes or at the start of the New Year.
This prompt is about how YOU see YOU.
A little later I will stop by with my answers.

Oh no! I remember my oldest daughter had an assignment to do this once, not herself but to interview people to get their answers. My second daughter and I drove her crazy second guessing ourselves. Come to think of it, I guess on this prompt that would work fine.
ReplyDeleteI know,it is often not liked because people think about what others are putting down. It is a good one to repeat though as the responses change over time and situations.
DeleteI found out about this through Geneabloggers. What a great idea!
ReplyDeleteThanks Andrea. I hope you enjoy the series.
DeleteAre we posting our results in a special spot or linking them somewhere?
ReplyDeleteThe responses really should be in your own spot - blog or journal as you might want to create a journal for future generations. Some have shared their responses via the Face Book page, other prompts might be more private & you not wish to share the answers.

Jana, Manhy thanks for including the Book of Me in with your Fab finds. Much appreciated.
DeleteThis is different I think I'll try it!
ReplyDeleteMay I join late Julie? I'd like to try to catch up. My baby grand daughter passed away and I haven't been blogging. I'll have to work hard to keep up with all those fabulous posts. Starting today!
ReplyDeleteSharn I am sorry for your loss. Of course you may jump in late - the Facebook group is worth joining; lots of support, encouragement & sharing (share what you feel comfortable with) if you are behind, no matter you can catch up - jump right in.
ReplyDeleteI have been looking for something to write about...so even though I am late in the game....I am going to join in. I will do as many as I can till I catch up. :-) Thank you for this wonderful Idea!!!
ReplyDeleteIt looks like I'm starting about a year late. So fun to have a form to follow and how neatly it is all organized. Look forward to reading other's Book of Me posts along the way. Thank you.
