About 20 years ago I was given this photograph, complete with frame by the Uncle of my Cousin. The gentleman in question, Fred Boxall of Compton Surrey England is now deceased. Over time the identity of the lady in the photograph has been lost. It is likely to be either Fred's wife, whose maiden name was SPICER or Fred's sister.
